I am going to schedule an appointment with my doctor to discuss sterilization but I want to make sure that I am prepared (Details below)

Hi everyone! I am 22F interested in getting sterilized. I have considered this since high school and I have been reading about different procedures and risks associated with each procedure. When I go to the appointment, I will have a list of other doctors in the area I can go to if my current doctor is unwilling to do the procedure/refer me to someone else, a list of research papers that I have read as part of my research, definitive reasons for wanting this, and I want to make it clear that I am aware of my options to have children in case I change my mind in the future. I will make it clear that I am not interested in other forms of birth control and that I am certain that I do not want to carry a child. Is there anything else I should prepare prior to the appointment? Anything I should be aware of other than possible resistance from the doc? I am currently being treated for depression and anxiety. Could that possibly make it harder for me?
