Insurance and Sterilization

I’m 24 years old who is still currently on my Moms medical insurance. My Mom is one of the parents who is absolutely confident I’ll change my mind of having kids. I’ve already arranged consultations with two OBGYNs in my area from this groups list of supportive pro choice doctors.
My question is, will my mom be able to see what kind of procedure I have done if I were to be approved for a Bisalp? I know the insurance will send her the statement that a claim has been made. I want to tell her on my own time, and whether that’s before or after I get sterilized I’m not sure. I get very anxious at the idea of conflict and shut down if I get yelled at, so I need time to rehearse my argument before I tell her.
I basically just want to make sure my insurance won’t tell her so she can blindside me.
Also I fully intend on paying any balance owed myself, I will not foot the bill to her of course.

TL;DR: Will my Mom know I was surgically sterilized if she sees the insurance claim?
Also, if y’all have had a Bisalp w/ insurance and are comfy sharing how much that ran, please let me know.
